Greenpanel empowers rural youth by providing specialized skill training in furniture production and installation. By equipping motivated individuals with technical expertise, this initiative creates sustainable employment and improves the standard of living for communities.

In collaboration with ICFRE-IWST, this project transforms rural youth into woodworking experts. The one-year diploma provides advanced technical training, empowering young individuals with specialized craftsmanship skills to build careers and meet growing industry demands.

The Greenpanel Foundation, in partnership with the Furniture and Fitting Skill Council (FFSC) and with the support of Greenpanel Industries Limited, under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities, initiated the Skill Training Project. The partnership focuses on identifying interested, active, and qualified unemployed rural youth; providing required, emerging, and important skill fields as per the approved modules of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC); and ultimately resulting in employment opportunities and improving the standards of living of the families and community.
